Georgia Southern鈥檚 VCC summer camps offer exciting opportunities for students to dive into Minecraft world-building, role-play and storytelling, photography, tech skills, and more. Whether your camper is into games, gadgets, or getting creative, there鈥檚 something for every interest and age level.

Spring XP Camp
April 2026
Spring XP Camp is a unique, immersive experience designed for gamers of all kinds! Every day, campers dive into a new style of gaming, learning techniques, strategies, and skills across various platforms.
From board games and tabletop adventures to console challenges and online quests, this camp provides a well-rounded introduction to the wide world of gaming. Along the way, campers also gain essential skills in online safety and time management to help them become responsible, balanced gamers.
- Dates: April 6-10, 2026
- Time: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Mon 鈥� Fri
- Drop-off: 7:30 a.m. 鈥� 8:00 a.m.
- Pick-up: 4:00 p.m. 鈥� 5:00 p.m.

Minecraft Camp
June 2026
Minecraft Summer Camp is a week-long immersive experience designed to harness the creativity and problem-solving power of Minecraft to teach kids valuable skills in a fun, engaging environment. Using Minecraft Education Edition, campers explore coding, engineering, storytelling, and teamwork through daily challenges and guided projects.

- Time: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Mon – Fri
- Drop-off: 7:30 a.m. – 8:00 a.m.
- Pick-up: 4:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Ages: 8-15

STEM Camp
June 2026
STEM Camp is a hands-on, challenge-based experience where students dive into a new project each day. Every morning, campers are given a real-world task or problem to solve and by the end of the day, they鈥檒l have designed, built, or tested their own solution.
From creative engineering builds to problem-solving challenges, students will strengthen critical thinking, teamwork, and innovation skills in a fun and supportive environment. It鈥檚 the perfect camp for curious minds who love to build, experiment, and figure out how things work.

Esports Camp
June 2026
Esports Camp is the perfect place for gamers to level up their skills and learn what it鈥檚 really like to be part of a competitive team. Campers won鈥檛 just play games, they鈥檒l learn about teamwork, communication, strategy, leadership, and good sportsmanship. We鈥檒l also look at what it takes to make a team and all the different roles that make an esports team successful both in and out of the game.

Arcs & Avatars
July 2026
Arcs & Avatars is designed specifically for students who have a passion for comic books and graphic novels. Through engaging activities and workshops, participants will have the chance to explore the world of comics, develop their storytelling skills, and even create their own characters and narratives. By the end of the camp students will have created a functioning comic book.
